We love this Television set! As advertised. Best HD picture intended for the money. The first film we watched has been Avatar on Blueray along with were in overall awe over the information, color vibrancy, contrast, etc. Also a very pleasant surprise may be the 16-speaker immersive sound technology. I’ve no idea how they Mitsubishi Diamond Series WD-73838 do it but we observed ourselves turning each of our heads to look to the side or behind people at certain times in movies or even watching sports when you listen to voices and seems coming from different guidelines. That’s awesome!

The one reason I graded 4 stars instead of 5 is that we simply used the TV for two weeks before the light blew out. I’m hoping case because of shipping, packaging, storage, etc. Proceeded [...] and ordered new under warrantee. Shipping in several business days. When not beneath warranty (1yr), the lights cost $100.
